Q-Billboard ("we", "our", "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application.
When you create an account, we collect your full name, email address, and birth year (used only to verify you are 18 or older — we do not store your full date of birth).
If you register as a merchant, we additionally collect your shop name, phone number, business registration details, country, and city.
Photos, 360° showroom images, product listings, and videos you upload to create your virtual showroom or billboard content.
With your permission, we collect approximate location data to show you nearby merchants and to help merchants appear in relevant geographic searches. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings.
We automatically collect information about how you use the app, including pages viewed, videos watched, and interactions with merchant showrooms, to improve our services and calculate merchant analytics.
Your shop name, showroom content, and product listings are visible to all app users by design — this is the core purpose of the platform. Buyers' identities are not shared with merchants unless the buyer initiates contact via WhatsApp.
We share data with third-party services that help us operate the app: Firebase (Google) for authentication, database, and storage; Mux for video hosting and streaming; and payment processors for subscription billing.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Q-Billboard, our users, or the public.
Q-Billboard does not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Your data is stored on Google Firebase servers and Mux video infrastructure, both of which maintain industry-standard security certifications. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), Firebase Security Rules to restrict data access, and Firebase Authentication to protect your account. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your merchant shop, all associated videos, images, and product data are permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.
Q-Billboard is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Q-Billboard operates internationally. Your data may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States (via Google Firebase and Mux infrastructure).
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email.
